Conrad Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Sourav Chowdhury as its new Food & Beverage Manager. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sourav brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for curating exceptional dining experiences.  

Prior to joining Conrad Bengaluru, Sourav Chowdhury served as the Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links. A graduate in Hotel Management and Tourism from NIMS Kolkata, Sourav brings a wealth of experience gained through his association with prestigious hospitality brands like Hyatt, Marriott, and Accor. Renowned for his leadership skills and commitment to excellence, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experience. 

Commenting on the new role, Sourav Chowdhury highlights, “I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with Conrad Bengaluru. My vision is to curate unique dining experiences that not only celebrate local flavors, but also embrace sustainability.
