IMPACT
Muang Thong Thani closed the first half of 2026 as Southeast Asia’s busiest
large-scale trade exhibition destination, hosting two of Asia’s most
commercially significant shows back to back. THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026, May 26
– 30, concluded as the largest edition in the show’s history, occupying all 12
exhibition halls for the first time across 140,000 square meters of
purpose-built event space, welcoming 94,685 trade visitors from 148 countries
and generating 136.54 billion baht in total trade value. Days later, ProPak
Asia 2026, June 10 – 13, took place at the same venue — having relocated from
its previous Bangkok site specifically because demand had outgrown its former
space — drawing over 80,000 visitors and 5.5 billion baht in trade value across
an expanded 60,000-square-meter footprint.
THAIFEX
– Anuga Asia 2026, jointly organized by Thailand’s Department of International
Trade Promotion (DITP,) the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC,) and Koelnmesse
(Germany,) recorded 3,590 exhibitors from 56 countries across 6,710 booths,
with 60 country and provincial group pavilions — up from 50 in 2025. ProPak
Asia 2026, organized by Informa Markets, featured over 2,500 brands across 13
international pavilions. Both events are confirmed to return to IMPACT in 2027.
“Hosting THAIFEX – Anuga Asia and ProPak Asia in consecutive weeks is a milestone we are genuinely proud of — not just for IMPACT, but for Thailand. That kind of outcome does not happen by accident. It reflects years of investment in infrastructure, in operational capability, and in the relationships we have built with the world’s leading exhibition organizers. When two of Asia’s most respected shows choose to grow here, it sends a clear signal to the global business events community about what Bangkok — and Thailand — can offer at the highest level.” — Paul Kanjanapas, CEO of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.
